The Reading Nook – Return & Refund Policy

At The Reading Nook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us first at support@thereadingnook.store.
